Blue & Gold seeking to avenge away defeat in Cardiff as BUCS Super Rugby returns to STV for first time in 2019

Team Bath men’s 1st XV face opposition from the Welsh capital for the third time in as many weeks when they play host to Cardiff University tonight (6.30pm) in the first BUCS Super Rugby game of 2019 at the University of Bath.

The Fulkers-sponsored Blue & Gold, who are also supported by MJ Church, lost 28-24 when the two teams met at the end of January but responded brilliantly by beating high-flying Cardiff Met 23-7 last week.

Just one change has been made to the XV that started that match, with George Wootten coming in at scrum-half.

Kick-off at the Sports Training Village is 6.30pm and admission to spectators is free.
