Quartet set for first starts of season as Team Bath head to Leeds Beckett in BUCS Super Rugby

Four players will make their first starts for Team Bath when the men’s 1st XV head to Leeds Beckett this afternoon for round six of the 2019-20 BUCS Super Rugby season.

Ivor Powell Sporting Scholar George Worboys starts at fly-half and fellow Bath Rugby Academy player Max Ojomoh lines up at centre.

James Richardson, who made several appearances off the bench last season, gets his first start on the wing and hooker Rory Mead comes into the front row.

Co-captain Jordan Martin returns in the second row after missing last week’s bruising defeat to Hartpury, with Cameron Keys moving to flanker. Cal Barrett and Luca Mignot also return to the starting line-up, on the wing and at full-back respectively.

Kick-off is 2pm at Headingley and Team Bath – sponsored by Fulkers Bailey Russell and supported by Rengen Developments – will be looking to register their first away win of the season.
