Team Bath men’s 1st XV ring the changes for BUCS Super Rugby visit to old rivals Loughborough

Team Bath head to old rivals Loughborough for their latest BUCS Super Rugby match today (7pm kick-off) looking for a response to last week’s home defeat to title-chasing Durham.

It will be another tough test against a Loughborough side that sits third in the table but Rengen-sponsored Team Bath will be looking to channel the spirit that earned them a 33-20 success in December’s reverse fixture at the Sports Training Village.

Bath Rugby Academy hooker Jasper Spandler, who recently helped England to U20 Six Nations victory in Scotland, comes into the front row along with captain George Cave and Archie Maggs. Tom Black, Mackenzie Graham, Duncan Hood and Harry Breeze also start in a rejigged pack, while Rahul Patel and Iwan Price-Thomas return on the wing and at full-back respectively.
