Team Bath looking to extend winning run as they visit promoted Nottingham on return to BUCS Super Rugby action

Team Bath men’s 1st XV return to BUCS Super Rugby action after a well-earned mini break on Wednesday as they pay their first visit to newly-promoted Nottingham (2pm kick-off).

The Bath Building Society-sponsored travelling squad will be looking to build on back-to-back wins over Durham and Loughborough which have lifted them to within two points of the league leaders.

They will face a tough test against Nottingham who won their first two matches in BUCS Super Rugby and, while having lost the next four games, narrowly lost out 46-41 to Exeter in their last home fixture.

Team Bath have made only a couple of changes to the side that started the 36-35 win over Loughborough, with Eddie Erskine returning at lock and Mackenzie Graham moving to No 8. Bath Rugby Academy player Sam Harris comes in at fly-half and Sam Kennaugh starts at inside centre.

The next home match for Team Bath is against Swansea at the Sports Training Village on Wednesday 23rd November –  6.30pm kick-off, free to watch.

Team Bath starting XV: 1 Archie Stanley, 2 Jasper Spandler, 3 Archie Griffin, 4 Eddie Erskine, 5 Tom Berry, 6 Tom Cowan, 7 Ethan Staddon, 8 Mackenzie Graham; 9 Elis Horgan, 10 Sam Harris, 11 Alfie Garside (c), 12 Sam Kennaugh, 13 Louie Hennessey, 14 Ethan Hawtin, 15 Byron Lloyd-Gilmour.
