Exciting University of Bath squad determined to entertain big Anniversary Game crowd at The Rec

The University of Bath have named an exciting matchday squad ready to put on a show for the thousands of spectators heading to The Rec for tonight’s Anniversary Game, sponsored by Colour Studios.

Six of the squad have already enjoyed a successful run-out at The Rec this week for Bath Rugby United against Edinburgh A, including co-captains Max Pearce and Connor Treacey who line up in a powerful pack.

Explosive winger Tyler Offiah – who, like Pearce, was among the try scorers for United on Saturday – is among the exciting backs for the University of Bath men’s 1st XV, who have notched up 15 tries during their opening three matches of the 2024-25 BUCS Super Rugby season.

They sit second in the table, one place above Gloucestershire rivals Hartpury who include Eddie Erskine in their second row – he was part of the Bath squad that won the 2023 Anniversary Game against Cardiff Met.

If you can’t make it to The Rec, you can still watch the action live on YouTube:
