University of Bath students Max Ojomoh and Orlando Bailey make European debuts for Bath Rugby against Zebre

Fresh from becoming the sixth University of Bath student to make his Premiership Rugby debut during the past 12 months, Max Ojomoh will make his first European start for Bath Rugby on Good Friday.

Business Administration student Ojomoh, who is supported by the Team Bath Dual Career programme, came off the bench for Bath during last weekend’s eventful 36-33 defeat to London Irish.

He has been rewarded with a place in the starting XV for Friday’s European Challenge Cup match against Zebre in Italy and is joined in the line-up by Matrix Sporting Scholar Orlando Bailey, who continues at fly-half after impressing on his first start against Irish.

Also making his European debut for Bath is Sports Performance graduate Miles Reid who, like Ojomoh, has represented the Team Bath men’s 1st XV in BUCS Super Rugby.

England international Anthony Watson, who has begun studying for an Executive MBA at the University of Bath’s School of Management, starts at full-back for Bath against Zebre. Kick-off is 3pm GMT.
