Eleven University of Bath students have been selected to represent their countries during the 2026 Six Nations Under 20s Championship, which is being contested from 6th February to 15th March.

Connor Treacey (Sport Management and Coaching), co-captain of the University men’s 1st XV in BUCS Super Rugby, will also wear the armband for England, who begin their campaign against Wales.

Joining Treacey in the England squad are fellow Bath Rugby Academy players James Linegar (Sport Management and Coaching), Tyler Offiah (Politics and International Relations) and Sam Winters (Management), plus Hudson Powell Sporting Scholars Aiden Ainsworth-Cave (International Development with Economics) and Tate Williams (Sport Management and Coaching).

Selected in the Wales squad are Alex Ridgway (Sports Performance), Oscar Thomas (Business) and Jack Woods (Sport Management and Coaching), all part of the Bath Rugby Academy, and Luc Anfield (Sport and Exercise Science), who is rewarded for his performances with the University’s rugby club.

Completing the selections is Enoch Opoku-Gyamfi (Sports Performance), who will gain more international experience with Italy’s U20s having made his senior debut during the 2025 Autumn Internationals.

All 11 students have represented the University in BUCS Super Rugby this season.

Fellow student Vilikesa ‘Billy’ Sela has been named in the senior England squad for the 2026 Guinness Men’s Six Nations, while Kepu Tuipulotu has once again been selected in the England Men A squad for their match against an Ireland XV on Friday 6th February.
